deposit is hold against any damage or loss of  equipment or decorations provided, including roses which are for hire only; if there is any damage to display boards or the tower stand, deposit will be used to cover them; if nothing is damaged or lossed, deposit will be fully returned to the customer.

there is no booking fee but full payment is required as early as possible to secure  your date; latest payment to be made 14 days before the event; i will provide an invoice payment with all details
